Our Streamlined Export Process
- Contact Us: Get in touch with our dedicated export team to discuss your specific needs and product inquiries. We offer a wide variety of Ugandan premium fresh produce, including Coffee, Herbs and spices, Shear Butter (Shea Nilotica), Fruits and Vegetables.
- Quotation & Order Confirmation: We will provide you with a competitive quotation based on your specific requirements, including product selection, quantity, and desired shipping method. Once confirmed, we will handle all necessary documentation and export procedures.
- Product Sourcing & Quality Control: We source our produce from trusted Uganda farms that adhere to the highest quality standards and sustainable practices. Our rigorous quality control procedures ensure your products meet all international phytosanitary and safety regulations.
- Packing & Pre-Shipment Inspection: We utilize appropriate packaging materials to ensure the freshness and integrity of your products during transportation. We also facilitate pre-shipment inspections by The Department of Crop Inspection and Certification (DCIC) to obtain the necessary phytosanitary certificate.
- Customs Clearance & Logistics: We work closely with experienced freight forwarders to ensure efficient customs clearance and timely delivery to your designated destination. Whether you require air freight or sea freight, we offer flexible shipping options to meet your needs.
Our trade terms are; F.O.T (Free on Truck) Kampala, F.O.B Mombasa and CIF. Payment terms; Pre-payment, CAD (Cash against Documents) and sight letter of credit.
